Make a Player an Admin (Operator)

Admins (operators) can use commands and manage your Hytale server from inside the game. Here’s how to give a player operator rights.

✅ Before you start

  • Your Hytale server is running (how to start it)
  • The exact username of the player you want to make admin

Option A — Player Manager module (easiest)

Your OXY game panel includes a Player Manager module for Hytale.

  1. Open your server in the game panel and go to More > Players.
  2. Find the player in the list.
  3. Click on Make OP under the Permissions section.

You can also grant operator rights straight from the Console tab. To make yourself an operator:

/op self

To make another player an operator (by username or UUID):

/op add PlayerName

To remove operator rights again:

/op remove PlayerName
