Enable PvP on Your Hytale Server

Want players to be able to fight each other? Turning on PvP (player-versus-player) takes just one setting.

Option A — Config Editor module (easiest)

Your OXY panel includes a Config Editor module for Hytale.

  1. Open your server in the game panel and go to More > Hytale Config.
  2. Make sure to select the world and look for IsPvpEnabled setting.
  3. Set it to On / true and save.
  4. Restart the server to apply the change.

Option B — Server console

You can also toggle PvP straight from the Console tab:

/setpvp true

To make your world peaceful again, turn PvP off:

/setpvp false
