Payments and billing

Beginnermy.oxy.games

You pay up front per period, and every payment lands on your balance first. Three guides cover it:

  1. Add balance to your account with Bancontact, iDEAL, PayPal or card.
  2. Renew your server automatically: why it works from your balance with iDEAL, Bancontact and card, and directly with PayPal.
  3. Renew your server manually when automatic renewal is off or has failed.

Invoices and past payments are under Billing → Payments in the client area. Something doesn’t add up? Open a ticket with the payment date and amount.
